Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product [please notify us
immediately] and return it to Mrossy Designer Hammocks within 7 days of receipt,
and we will refund the purchase price of the product. Freight charges will be
refunded only if the return is a result of faulty stock or products, or if we
have made an error.
A refund cannot be provided if the following has occured:
- (a) If you have damaged the goods
- (b) If the goods have become damaged due to
improper handling or inadequate packing or packaging of returned goods
To return goods
If you are returning a product, please return in all the original packaging.
Please include your invoice/packing slip with the goods.
