How to order by telephone

Phone Mrossy Designer Hammocks - Tel: 64210356128 with your order and provide us with your name, contact and delivery address details.

We will then confirm your order and give you total prices and delivery time etc. Once we have confirmed your payment we will send your order with a receipt and a confirmation email where applicable.

How to order & buy online

1. Click the "BUY NOW" button in the right hand column. You will then proceed to PayPal where you can make your purchase by following the on screen instructions.

2. Once you have completed the form your order will be sent directly to Mrossy Designer Hammocks and we will send you a confirmation email with your order and delivery details. Your hammock is then assembled and shipped.

Payment Options

Payment options include Direct payment, Direct deposit, PayPal, and Cheque.

Direct payment - Come and see us at .....

Direct Deposit - We accept payments by direct deposit into our bank account. Please email or phone your order to us, and we will reply with our bank account details within 24 hours. Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email where applicable. Please direct deposit the total amount on your invoice.

Please use your name as a reference and the order number from the order confirmation phoned or emailed to you.

Please phone or email us to let us know that you have deposited the money into our account, and we will verify, process and ship your order.

Cheques - You may post cheques to us using the details below. Please allow up to 7 working days (normally five) for cheques to clear. (Do not post cash).

Delivery

We use national couriers with a standard delivery fee of $NZ50.00. Please contact us for international freight charges.
